With reference to paragraph 13 of my despatch No. 107 of the 28th ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that on the 5th instant there were 200 Chinese troops in Kowloon City.
I find from a further report of the Captain Superintendent of Police that besides the soldiers in Kowloon City, the Colonel in charge ... are 180 ... in Lantau Island.
