It is only six months since he went out there; but there is no presuming that this man was driven mad by the Doctor who certified him fit for service.
We had difficulties in getting a Doctor last time & had eventually to ask C.A to recommend one.
So I suppose we should send a copy of this letter with reference to 25789 and ask them to communicate their recommendation with a view to appointing another Candidate on the terms specified in the enclosed paper 2574.
