As His Excellency the Governor that you are prepared to delimit a frontier taking the south Bank of the Sham Chun river as the boundary up to its source north west of Lau Kok and Sha Tau Kok, and thence immediately to Mirs bay to the west of Tha Shan Lok, and that the question of Sham chun and Sha Tau Kok must be settled at Pekin.
Mr W. I am prepared to fix the boundary you have just mentioned and Mr. S.L. I will ask H. B. the Governor if he will receive you.
