PARAGRAPH 40.
The prayer of the Petitioners asks you to over-
ride for their special benefit the provisions of a section of an Ordinance duly passed by the Legislature of this Colony and assented to by Her Majesty.
If the Petitioners consider that they have been deprived in any way of any of their proper legal rights, it is always open for them to seek redress in the Courts of this
Colony.
