probable vacancy in the Chief Justiceship of Trinidad (in con.
-sequence of the retirement of Sir J. J. Goldney) I have the honour to forward my application for that post.
I was appointed Police Magistrate in thi's Colony on January 144, 1884, Registrar of the Supreme fout (with its accompanying offices). in September, 1892, and Irisne Judge in September, 1895. Before being
appointed to the substantive post
