I am to request you to inform the Asst Engineer Lagos that he has been referred to Sir W. Robinson regarding his return passage.
A letter to Sir W. Robinson states that he has informed the Asst Engineer that the cost of living at the Peak is at least 50% higher than on the lower level.
It is stated that residence on the Peak is at least 50% higher than residence at Lower Levels, Office or Individual.
