Sir,
I have today examined Mr. H. F. Wodehouse
C. ALG. and have the honour to report that, so far
&S I can make out, he is free from heart disease;
but from the history he gives me I judge that
during hot weather he is liable to attacks of
cardiac collapse. This, together with the
frequent recurrence of fistula end the fact of
his somewhat advanced are, leads me to endorse
Drs Atkinson and Jordan's recommendation that
he should not again be exposed to hot weather.
