appointment and applying for the recognition of M. Edusu Wildman, an American citizen residing in the state of New York Deputy Corisiel Geveral

of the Uliited States at Hloughing.
I am to request that, if there should be no objection, the
necessary orders may be issued for the recognition of this officer,
and that the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs may be
informed whether such instructions have been given.
