bransmit to you herewith a Despatch and fus inclusures
which has been addressed to Her Majesty's Consul at
Manila in regard to the protection of British
interests in that town.

Chamberlain to cause the Despatch to be forwarded to
Hong Kong for transmission de M. Consol Rwson
Walker whenever opportunity offers.
