Kioto and will embark from Kobe on the 14th instant
in the French Steamer "Ernest Simons" for Ceylon.
At their request I have informed Sir William
Robinson
Hitchell that they will be shortly passing through
Hong Kong and have transmitted to Sir West Ridgeway
the expression of their desire to see some elephant
hunting during their projected stay in Ceylon.
