In reply to your letter No. of the 2nd. in-
stant, I am directed to request you to hand the enclosed let-
ter to Mr.W.E. Crow and to inform you that His Excellency the
Governor interdicts Mr. Crow from the exercise of the powers
and functions of his office pending the completion of the ne-
cessary proceedings for suspension.
You will doubtless be able to arrange for the
performance of Mr. Crow's duties in the meantime.
