This might be done by inserting
after Section 6 of the Ordinance the
following new clause;-
(6)If the keeper of a brothel
permits any person suffering from any
contagious disease to be or remain in
such brothel for the purpose of prosti-
tution, such keeper shall be guilty of
an offence and shall be liable on con-
viction before the Supreme Court or a
Court of two Magistrates, to imprisonment
for a term not exceeding one year or to
a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars

brothel, not being a natural born British
