Memorandum by the Captain Supt.of Police.
Hon. Acting Col. Secretary.
P. C. McPhail resigned on completing his first
term of 5 years service on 9th. November,1894. Exchange Com-
pensation was not begun to be drawn till 1895 when arrears
as from 1 January,1894 were drawn by all the Service who re-
ceived the compensation including the Police.
The amount due to McPhail is $103.75 as per
memo attached.
