Committee.

paragraph
paragraph of your despatch under
Acknowledgment, dregret to have to inform you that Sir William Robinson's Receipt for his copy
of the Defence Scheme, forwarded with your Despatch of the 5th
October
last; cannot be found. I beg to state however that the Expy itseif
is in my safe possession
