4. The Quarantine Anchorage shall be within the following boundaries, and the Master every

5. The master or other person having the control of any vessel in quarantine shall give the Health Officer or Boarding Officer such information about the vessel and the voyage and the health of the crew and passengers and otherwise as the Health Officer or Boarding Other may require, and shall answer truly and fully all questions put to him by the Health Office or Boarding Officer.

6. When any vessel is in quarantine--

(a) If, in the opinion of the Health Officer, any persons on board are suffering fro any infectious or contagious disease they shall be removed to the Hospita ship Hygeia or be otherwise disposed of under his directions. (b) Where, in the opinion of the Health Officer, there are any cases he suspects t

be cases of infectious or contagious disease on board, the persons suspected shall be detained on board, or otherwise disposed of, unde observation, for a period not exceeding 48 hours from the time that th Health Officer completes his examination of the passengers and crew. (c) When the examination of the passengers and crew by the Health Officer ha

14. 9. In case of a death happening on board any vessel in quarantine, or ordered in quarantine, or on board the Hygeis, the body shall be disposed in such manner as may ordered by the Health Officer; and the Master of the vessel shall carry out such orders a the Health Officer may give him in relation to the disposal of the body.

10. When any quarantined vessel is in the waters of the Colony, no person shall leat cation with the vessel, or hold communication from the vessel with the shore, or with any other vese or boat, or take or send any person or thing whatever out of the vessel, until the express written permission of the Health Officer las been communicated to the master or othe person having the control of the vessel, and such precautions as the Health Officer mal require have been observed.

When any vessel is in quarantine, no person other than the Health Officer or persons in his boat shall approach within 30 yards of such vessel, or hold any communication wi such vessel or with any person on board of it, or receive, or take any person or thing whatever directly or indirectly from the vessel or from any person on board of it, withou having first received the express written permission of the Health Officer, and observing such precautions as the Health Officer may require.
