Principal Civil Medical Officer.
This puts the Government in a very awkward position as
the man was passed at home as fit by the Doctor there.
I understand the man can see all right with one eye,
so that unless he closes the good eye his vision is good.
Is the other eye likely to get worse or the good eye to
get affected also ?
Can an operation be done here ?
In my opinion it would be better (and probably cheaper)
to let the man serve and run the risk of his eyesight getting altogether bad.
