Sir,
I have to report that at the Criminal Ses-
sions of the Supreme Court held on the 19th, and 20th, ultimo
Lan Chau Wa was convicted of the murder of Li Fat Tong and
sentenced to death, and that the sentence of the Court, a
que consideration by myself in Executive Council, was duly
carried into effect on the 3th. instant.
