The Govr requested on 6680 that this Hospital Warder should be engaged with little delay if possible and he now wishes to remain in England three or four weeks longer.
Tell him he must be prepared to sail by the first steamer in June & we can instruct C. Agents to take his passage when he replies.
As to the latter part of his letter reply that in the Condition referred to is invariable practice, and that it cannot be departed from.
