in July 1892. Since that time I have
had every opportunity of judging
how
W. Lethbridge performs his duties and I have
much pleasure in stating that he has discharged his duties with zeal and ability and has given entire satisfaction to the Governing
and
the

the public. He is a good disciplinarian
during his tenure
of office he has maintained the gaol in Excellent order. W. Lethbridge has acted as Captain Superintendent of Police for 6 months during which time he performs the duties of that office with great efficiency.
