In share of Harbour Expenditure under the new rule is - for this year much less than last year, viz £365 instead of £491. Send copy to Mr. Kery for information, explaining that the new arrangement has ensured that the departments concerned pay a proportionate share of the Harbour expenditure.
It is referred to in last paragraph of all these colonies, and that to off provide for this, S.121 of the Col. Audit Regulations have been amended by in the case of the omission of the words Col., was which do not pay a fixed contrib S.129 by omission of the word "mainly".
