I have the honour to forward to you for your information the Annual Account of the Treasurer of Hongkong for the year 1895, signed by the Colonial Comptroller and Auditor-General, with a copy of the Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Colony on 31st December 1895, and together with a copy of his Auditor-General's Report on the subject.
