Sir,
I am directed by the Postmaster-General to transmit herewith a copy of a letter (with enclosure) from McIlwraith, McEacharn & Co. Ltd., 3 & 4 Lime Street Square, E.C. on the subject of a Registered Letter sent by their Agent at Townsville, Queensland to Hong Kong in June 1894. The matter appears to be one for the consideration of the Secretary of State for your Department.
