No reply has yet been correctly received to my letters of 16/1/77 and 18/3/77, in which it will be seen I have requested His Excellency to state precisely the view of the Colonial Government as to the position of these lands.

They leave me to express my opinion that the small apex of the hill had no value, and that in actual fact to be thrown away in the construction of the Dock - is and will be detrimental to our Position Finding Stations.
