I certified quite certain that when Labourer Vince was physically strong and free from disease and quite fit for duty in a tropical climate, he was so.
I have no notes of the examination, but I remember making the case.
It is quite possible that the heart disease may have been produced in the last few years either by the climatic heat or over-exertion. That nor one could foresee.
