The Chief of Police at Hong Kong has telegraphed to SAM - Consul at Nagasaki stating that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Thomas Troak, a gunner in the Royal Artillery, on charge of grievous assault. Troak is supposed to have left Hong Kong for this country, but his arrival at Carry Port in Japan has not been traced.
