Dept for the removal to England of a female European Prisoner, named Edith Mary Hallowell Farewell who is now confined in the Victoria Gaol at Hongkong,
2 The Treasury have concurred in the Expense of the Prisoner's removal and of her maintenance, in this country being borne entirely by Imperial Funds.
3 I am to add that the date of the Prisoner's arrival in this country and the names of the ports at which she will be landed will be communicated to you on receipt of information from the Governor of Hongkong who has been requested to reply by telegram.
