17 Johnson 24 from this office of the
12th of October last, I am directed by the Secretary of State for the
Colonies to inform you that the
Hong Kong half-pay of B. J. A. Lawson was suspended from the 5th of October last, from which date he was lent to the Indian Govt for
service in special connection with the plague at Bombay
