I have the honour to transmit to you, for the information of the Secretary of State, a copy of the Agreement into which we have entered on behalf of the Government of Trong ng with Mr. J.J. Bryan on his appointment as Assistant Sanitary Surveyor.
A passage has been provided for Mr. Bryan in the steamship "Zinalaya" to leave London on the 16th July for appointment in that Colony.
A copy of the Agreement has been forwarded to the Colonial Government.
