For the event of the person engaged becoming entitled on the expiration of this Agreement to any payment in England on account of salary return passage allowance or other expenses it will be necessary for her to produce to the Crown Agents. Certificate from the Government of the amount so due before payment will be effected

person engaged undertakes to make no claim
upon the Government in respect of any fluctuation in the value of the dollar.
