Foreshore in front of Wellington Barracks to be reclaimed by and at the cost of the Admiralty.
Together with a deep water Quay 10 Feet Super. 171,500 and approach 150 feet wide to be made by the Admiralty.

In addition to the above the Admiralty will reclaim 156,500 feet super in front of the Arsenal Yard to be used by the War Department for Naval Ordnance Store purposes, and will provide a Boat Camber, and pay the cost of replacing the accommodation now existing in the North Barracks and Commissariat Buildings, as well as the cost of such buildings and boundary walls as may have to be removed for widening the Queens Road.
