, respecting the proposed scheme for the

Extension of the Dockyard at Hong Kong, I am commanded by

the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request the

concurrence of the Secretary of State for War, subject to

the approval of the Colonial Office in regard to the widen-

ing of certain roads, and Treasury sanction, to the follow-

ing arrangements, which, it is understood are concurred in

by the Local War Office Authorities.
