M. Chamberlain therefore proposes, with the concurrence of the Marquess of Lansdowne, to reply that he has no objection to the terms suggested for the proposed lease, subject, as regards the portion of the site which appears to be within the Military Reserve, as explained, to such conditions as the General Officer Commanding may consider necessary in respect to buildings, etc., and to add that
