(b) that the Crown Solicitor assisted the Captain Supt. of Police by suggesting questions
(c) that the Petitioner was not given the opportunity of having professional assistance.
(a) that the Petitioner was kept standing during the enquiry and was not afforded an opportunity of taking notes and
