As the additional tramways are concerned with such slight alterations as the Director of Public Works and the Attorney General, on behalf of the Government, have considered desirable.
The proviso in Section 2, coupled with Section 3, requires the Company to maintain in good condition and repair the roadway between the rails of each tramway and so much of the roadway as extends outside such rails, to a width of 18 inches.
The requirements of No.54 of the Standing Orders were complied with before the Bill was introduced, and the saving of the rights of Her Majesty et cætera is contained in Section 13.
