I have the honour to transmit for the signification of Her
Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled :--
"An Ordinance to authorise The Hong-Kong & Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company Limited to lay and maintain Tramways on certain Public Roads at Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong-Kong, and to confer upon the said Hong-Kong & Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company Limited certain other rights, powers and privileges. No. 18 of 1897.
2. The customary Report by the Attorney General is annexed, and the
Certificate required by Article 25 of the Royal Instruc-
tions are annexed.
