These Nurses will be required for private Nursing and in addition to the ordinary nurse in any British Hospital they will be able to act as Midwives.
Salary and emoluments, and whether secured by a permanent law, with board, uniforms, lodging, Attendant and travelling allowance.
$50 monthly, rising to $70 annual monthly increments of $2.
3. Other circumstances affecting the value of the office.
That they be granted Compensation Allowance for Exchange.
4. Nature, number, and amount of securities required, and mode of giving them.
5. Whether any, and if any, what provision is made from public funds for the passage of the persons sent out to fill the office.
6. Acts or Ordinances making provision respecting any of the above matters, and especially respecting the permanency of the emoluments, and the particulars of the security required, with references to the sections in which such provision is made.
Free First Class passage to the Colony and at the Expiration of the term of engagement (3 years), a return passage to England if the service has been satisfactory, or at the option of the person appointed, the privilege of being retained as a member of the permanent Government service, counting the three years for purposes of leave.
