instructed to engage Nursing sisters for the
In
New Victoria Nursing Institute, which is shortly
to be erected in commemoration of the 60th year of Her Majesty's reign. The community
is very anxious to secure the services of these nurses at an early date, and although the Institute will not be
completed for some time to come, it is proposed to accommodate them temporarily in a house to be leased for the purpose.
Enclosure
I enclose the usual paper of particulars of office etc. for the information of the Crown Agents, and I request that I may be informed by telegram when the sisters will leave England.
I have the honour to be,
Your Most Obedient Humble Servant,
William Robinson
