5. The lot to be sold as an Inland lot and not as a Marine lot, and the purchaser to acquire no right of access to the sea or rights or easements with regard to the sea frontage, foreshore, or bed of the sea, the Government reserving to itself the right of making at any time and in such manner as it may deem desirable any reclamations from the sea whether in front of the said lot or otherwise, and the right of using such reclaimed land for such purposes as it pleases.
