REPORT ON ORDINANCE 20 OF 1897.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance,
"An Ordinance for the naturalization of U Hoi Chau alias U Chiu Tsun,"
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
As the facts are fully stated in the recital to this Ordinance, it is unnecessary for me to add any further remarks.
