La would hardly leave before 18 January.
M. Lucas 8/12 asked for plans. These plans were a consequence of the annexed private note to W. Wingfield from Sir H. Blake. I am afraid he wanted plans of the grounds and this house such as were sent from Jamaica in 17157/47.
? Lend him the inclosed plans marked "separate" requesting him to return them for record in this office.
[When returned they should be inserted in the Volume which the Registry of Govt Dept keeps of Lease Houses]
