Further information the enclosed copy of a statement made by Yeung Kai, formerly employed "distributor of bribes" by the Keepers of an illegal Gambling house in Cheung-Hing street in this Colony, together with a copy of a covering letter from the Captain Superintendent of Police and of the written opinions of the members of the Sub-Committee of the Executive Council, by whom the cases of the several officers implicated in the recent gambling scandal have been investigated.
