I do not understand why $30 a month is the Wardress salary. It should be $20 & as she is in England.
I think have it at $4. Three may Dollar. In that case I don't think she need have the increments.
As she left taking leave on 16th October she will be drawing half salary, she was not paid in advance due to her being on leave by land.
I propose to let her have 2 months pay, £8, at 4/- now.
We must so explain to Sir, send him back the enclosed account for correction before submitting it to H.O. for payment.
