We attach a private letter received from Dr. Doberck in which, inter alia, he alludes to the fact that he is being deprived of half of his salary.
As we are unaware of the reason which has led to his being thus punished, and as, in any case, it does not come within the scope of our enquiry, we forward the document without comment.
