The land is situated on
the southern side of
the Island. It has been in the temporary occupation of the Golf Club during the
last two or three years. It is not likely to be required for other purposes. The ground
is greatly in need of improvement, and the club has agreed to spend $2000 upon it within the next 12 months besides paying an annual rent for it.
