Referring to your despatch no. 152 of 6th August regarding prisoner Carew being transferred from Backbone to Hydriado-Lugsail (Sumatra) - leaving on or about 16th October by P.T.O. Steamer "Sumatra" and arriving on or about 27th November. The port of landing will be London.
