In his second statement he says he is an Inspector
In his first statement he said the payment had
been going on 3 or 4 years and had been golog on up to the time
Sam Yin was arrested. He added that he thought he had gone bone
and had not returned.
In his second statement he said that he paid money
for Inspector Mann up to the time that the latter went to England,
but had not paid money for him since his return.
He also could not remember the Inspector's name
although he remembered it in his first statement.
From April 1893 to June 20th. 1894 Inspector Mann
was at the Central Station and in charge of the gambling section
