With reference to my memorandum on the subject of Inspector Hennessey and the Wa Lane Gambling House, I have the honour to forward the attached copy of a letter I have received from him.
Also copy of a memorandum from the Acting Deputy Superintendent of Police regarding Inspector Hennessey's relations with Mr. Yeung Fat, and his capability for saving money.
