(7) 2220 P.S.No. 3 McIver.

(8) 2212 P.S.No. 47 Foord.

(9) 1189 Chief Inspector Gorcoran

Recommendation of sub-committee.

Ask Secretary of State to inform McIver he will not be re-enlisted if he returns. Allow special pension 11/15th what he would have got at end of 15 years.

Permit to resign. Giving special pension at rate of 14/15 of what he would have got after 15 years service.

Permitted to retire on pension to which he is entitled. Passage if it would have been granted irrespective of this matter.

(10) 2283 A.S. 24 Graham.

(11) 2298 Leung Kwai Kai

Permit him to retire. Give him 9/15 of the pension he would have got if he had served 15 years. Amount to be accurately calculated.

Note by Attorney General. On re-consideration after the other 2 members had signed this report, I am inclined to think that as there is no obligation to re-enlist Graham at end of his present 5 years at which time he will have earned no pension, he should get no pension now.

This case is apparently settled by his resignation.
