Dear Utter Singh,
I am sorry to say that I cannot get interest money to pay you. I have tried my best but failed. The only remedy I beg you to include $10 interest that I owe you at present and give you $15 more for interest and with $50 capital, make a promissory note of $75 payable in 12 instalments, 11 of $6 a month and 1 of $9.
You should consider my circumstances. The attached form of promissory note is a very fair one. You may show it to anyone.
