Statement of the Water Account for 1896 accompanied by a statement showing the working of the account from the 1st January 1891 to the 31st December 1896.

The latter has been prepared to facilitate the adjustment of the Loan and General Revenue accounts, to the former of which certain items of expenditure chargeable to Water account had been debited, and to the latter of which a portion of the revenue derived from the Water Works had been credited, with 6 spare & pri sent separat count.
